Reports to: HR Manager
Contract Duration: 6 months

Position Summary:
As our HR Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in meeting our staffing needs over the next six months. You'll be at the heart of our hiring and orientation processes, sourcing top-notch candidates, and utilizing advanced interviewing techniques to ensure we bring the best talent on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate: Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and develop effective strategies.
- Design & Coordinate: Lead the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Source Talent: Find qualified candidates through job sites, databases, networking, and more.
- Network: Build connections with professional groups, communities, and organizations to expand our talent pool.
- Advise: Provide guidance to hiring managers to help them make informed hiring decisions.
- Onboard: Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth orientation process.
- Support: Take on other duties as assigned to support the HR team.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Undergraduate degree or certificate in HR Management or Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Proven success as a recruiter with hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a large organization.
- Integrity & Energy: High standards of integrity, energy, and self-motivation.
- Legislation Knowledge: Understanding of applicable legislation and its applications.
- Enthusiasm: A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
