Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead a team and exposure to project management specifically during construction document preparation;
• Ability to produce working drawings in Revit and understand technical needs and specifications;
• Work directly with clients and understand their scheduling and needs;
• Ability to work with consultants of various disciplines;
• Reviewing and in some cases writing architectural specifications to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

Must haves:

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or related technical field;
• Experience across multiple disciplines, particularly residential, mixed-use, and condos;
• Expert use of Revit;
• Prior experience as a team lead or project manager;
• Previous experience coordinating consultants of various disciplines;
• A high degree of written and oral communication, and teamwork;
• Confident knowledge of OBC.
