Job Title: Personal Lines CSR

Are you someone who thrives on variety and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit? We are looking for an enthusiastic Personal Lines CSR to join a dynamic and fun team! This role is ideal for candidates with prior P&C insurance industry experience or those with 5+ years of personal lines related experience.

Job Description:
  • RIBO Licensed: Must hold a valid RIBO license.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years working knowledge of personal lines insurance policies and coverages.

  • Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and company underwriters.

  • Portfolio Management: Service existing personal lines portfolio.

  • New Business Quotes: Quote new business on a rotational basis.

  • Sales Skills: Upsell and cross-sell within the portfolio.

  • Policy Processing: Process policy changes on insurance company portals.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and accuracy.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of SigXP & Applied Rating Services is an asset.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
  • RIBO License: Mandatory.

  • Experience: 5+ years of commercial experience.

  • Client Interaction: Passion for interacting with clients.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Team Player: Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
