Education:

Experience:
- C++ software development: 3 years (preferred)
- Technical Support: 2+ years (required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues related to ORAN radio systems, including software, hardware, and network connectivity problems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or development teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve product quality.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist with lab testing and reproduction of customer issues.
- Proficient in analyzing xCAL and FHPCAP logs to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Solid understanding of the PTP protocol stack and its application in ORAN systems.
- Ability to interpret and analyze UE logs to identify and address device-related problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and C++ programming.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Familiarity with ORAN technologies and terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience & Skill Sets:
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) technologies.
- Knowledge of network protocols and architectures.
- Understanding of ORAN specifications and standards.
- Experience with DBus/ProtoBuffer/gRPC.
- Experience with data modelling, Json/XML.
- Experience in Java and Python.
- Experience developing software for embedded Linux systems.
