About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to transport customers to and from the dealership and serve as a hospitality specialist. Specifically:

  • operate company shuttle vehicle
  • shuttle customers to and from the dealership ensuring efficient and safe transportation
  • participate in the cleanliness of the dealership parking lots, including removing debris and snow, as required
  • maintain communication with service advisors, document trips, including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point, and ensure that all customers are serviced
  • participate in the maintenance of company premises, including removal of litter, debris, and snow; maintenance of plants and grounds; removal of visible hazards, et cetera

About you…

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in driving and customer service, including:

  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in customer service
  • 10+ years safe driving experience
  • Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
  • ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines

  • strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
