Role: Junior Sales and Operations Coordinator
Support multiple companies of the Group
Role Overview:
Act as the primary contact for the company customer base.
Coordinate with the Sales and estimating team in dealing with day-to-day activities and inquiries , assign estimates , track estimates , assign leads , track leads .
Maintain lines of communication with internal and external customers.
Responding to clients' Quote Requests in adherence with company procedures ,
Use the company Quote Request processing & CRM systems in line with procedures.
Meet existing and new customers in-person and/or remotely using Teams meeting software.
Assist in New business development with new generation leads and referrals , RFQ , Prequalification's , .
Assist in Maintain and develop relationships with existing company clients by providing outstanding service and support.
Maintain crm , assist estimators , owners , sales teams and associated business in data entry and of follow ups ,
Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each Quote Request is passed to the sales and Estimating and Production teams to agreed standards.
Working with a wider team to resolve problem orders.
Assist in and administrating Identifying prospects and pass leads to the sales Estimating department where appropriate.
Using existing materials while helping sales and marketing to develop additional Marketing materials to improve sales and company promotion , assist as required .
Be a contact to coordinate with clients and manufacturers and sales and estimating to ensure timeline responses to enquirers
Assist in document management , billing , distribution and other agreements, represent product lines of products manufactured by our group of companies or other B2B and/or C2C as it may be assigned.
Assist with shipping and receiving coordination.
Coordinate with triumph group other divisions ,on all leads and estimates to maximize synergies of clients leads and resources.
