Title: Security Guard - Overnight

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Hourly Payrate: $19.65

Schedule: Full-time Overnights. Saturday- Wednesday 2300 to 0700 hours (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security guards for a site in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As a security guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enforcing security protocols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to emergencies with professionalism and efficiency. Requirement:

• Must have a valid Manitoba Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• Must be living in Canada for atleast 10 years for clearance purposes.
• Must have excellent oral and written english language proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring effective patrolling and site safety.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.

• Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
