S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative to join our AWS team at our office in Mitchell, Ontario. This is a full-time position starting immediately and offering a competitive pay and full benefits.

The ideal candidate will work directly with customers for inquiries, sales, service, and warranty trouble shoot technical problems with customers and provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and expense tracking.
Job Overview:
- Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns
- Research and generate new Customer leads and contacts
- Maintain customer current/obsolete specifications and accurate and timely hard copy and computer records
- Prepare individual quotes for product, blanket quotes for customers
- Provide technical support to customers in the development of new products
- Facilitate inspection and testing of customer-sent samples to ensure compliance of S3 AWS specifications
- Maintain accurate records of quoted pieces not yet assigned part numbers
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1- 2 year in Sales and Customer Service and a Grade 12 Diploma
- Possess valid Driver's License and clean driver records
- Experience with Sales and Customer Service
- Agricultural background is preferred
- Experience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and co-operative team player and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high pressure situations
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
