Job Overview:
OPTASY is seeking an innovative Creative Director to lead our creative vision, shaping unique digital experiences for our clients. In this role, you will oversee the design team, manage creative processes from concept to execution, and ensure projects align with brand standards and client goals. You will collaborate closely with strategy and development teams to create cohesive, impactful designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative vision for projects and client campaigns
- Manage and mentor the design team
- Oversee project timelines and creative quality standards
- Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the creative, strategic and technical teams
- Present creative concepts to clients
- Visualize ideas and develop visual design directions for our clients and internal projects
- Elevate digital design and tell evocative brand stories that create emotional connections with users
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Supervise other team members and crave feedback yourself
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and the target audience
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in creative direction and digital design
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and interactive design work
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Demonstrable creative direction and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and inVision
- Solid understanding of interaction design principles and usability practices
- Experience in mentoring associate-level designers
- Experience in interacting with clients
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and current web design trends
- Have an eye for detail, be highly organized, self-motivated with the ability to take ownership in areas of responsibility
- Strong communication skills in English
