A premier construction group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale construction projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety initiatives for project teams.
• Plan, schedule, and control daily project activities.
• Manage contracts and subcontracts, including negotiations and awards.
• Oversee project budgets, billings, and contract administration.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, and/or Water/Wastewater construction.
• Professional engineering (P.Eng), Gold Seal Certificate (GSC), or project management certificate (PMP).
• LEED project experience or LEED AP designation (preferred).
• Proven management of large projects valued between $10 million and $100 million.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Bilingual in English and French (oral and written).
