As a Client Success Specialist at OSG, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and challenges. You will provide clients with the resources, guidance, and expertise necessary to assist them with compliance requirements and enhance their workplace safety. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of Canadian organizations, from small businesses to large enterprises, across various industries, making each day both challenging and rewarding.

This is a full-time permanent position, based out of London, ON.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized guidance and support to clients (via email, phone calls or digital messaging platforms), ensuring they maximize the value of OSG's training, consulting, and online services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor client progress and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, removing barriers and troubleshooting to ensure optimal client experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert insights and recommendations to enhance workplace safety.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
  • Proactively reach out to clients in advance certificate's expiration for renewal.

  • Exceptional Communication: The ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively is essential in this role. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Client-Centric Approach: A deep commitment to understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction is paramount.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address client concerns and challenges, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to find solutions.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive engagement.
  • Empathy and Patience: A compassionate and patient approach to handling client inquiries and concerns, with the ability to de-escalate situations when necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: The capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within OSG to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.

Experience:

  • Client Success or Customer Support: Previous experience in a client success, customer support, or similar role is preferred. Experience in a B2B or service-oriented environment is highly advantageous.
  • CRM Software: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage client interactions and progress is also preferred

  • Competitive Compensation: OSG offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health and dental coverage, and other perks. The on-target-earning (OTE) for this position is $46,000 - comprised of $40,000 base and $6,000 performance bonus.
