Job Description: Financial Controller
Cellula is seeking an experienced Financial Controller who will be responsible for the management of the Finance function, monthly and annual financial reporting, control of the group's financial position, tax exposures and financial transactions, ownership and developing group financial processes, and internal controls, and policies.

Your Role
- Take overall responsibility of daily accounts management and operation, adhering to deadlines for finance objectives and deliverables, improve and develop accounts management outputs and processes.
- Oversee accurate and timely preparation of monthly management information and accounts, including KPI and variance analysis
- Daily cash management, including preparation of short-term cash flow forecasts
- Liaison with external accountants regarding the preparation and audit of annual accounts
- Assist with the development of the finance system, finance procedures, and expansion of the finance department in line with business growth, identifying key areas for improvement
- Liaison with operational and commercial management to provide financial information to support group requirements
- Oversee payroll and company benefits, meeting payroll requirements and deadlines
- Management of group tax exposures (corporate, personnel and indirect), ensuring compliance with global tax requirements
- Development and day-to-day management of the finance team, encouraging personal development, sharing information and best practices openly and productively
- Keep updated with relevant policy and statutory requirements
Your Profile:
- Recognized finance-related qualification; CPA preferred
- Experience in an international product, project contract-based marine company
- Previous experience in a managerial accounts role including strong understanding of AR, AP, Inventory and General Ledgers
- Knowledge of Jobscope is an advantage but not essential
- Experience with ERP systems or other comparable finance software packages; implementation experience a plus
