We are in search of for a Marketing Specialist for our Lendcare subsidiary. As the Marketing Specialist, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and play a crucial role in executing our B2B marketing strategies. You will support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, focusing on enhancing partner relationships and contributing to our overall growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in creating and executing Account-Based Marketing strategies to engage our partners and drive financial outcomes.
  • Day-to-day execution and management of email campaigns using CRM platforms, ensuring they are targeted and effective.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing programs and present insights to the Marketing Manager.
  • Provide sales enablement support for the Sales team and resources to partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on marketing activities and events.
  • Identify key areas for enhancement in partner relationships and develop strategies to address them.
  • Support digital marketing efforts and optimize campaigns to resonate with the target audience.
  • Build and monitor custom landing pages.
  • Other projects or responsibilities as required.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B strategies (4+ years).
  • High proficiency in developing, executing and managing email campaigns using CRM platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing, branding, and communications principles.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
  • Fulltime, permanent availability to work in our Pickering, ON office
