ABOUT YOU
As a Quality Control Technician, you will be a key player in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. This role involves inspecting, testing, and verifying the quality of our products, helping to ensure the reliable performance of our systems. You'll be responsible for identifying defects, maintaining test equipment, and collaborating with the production team to drive continuous improvement. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Inspection & Testing: Perform detailed inspections and functional testing of electronic devices using documented procedures.
- Defect Detection: Identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from quality standards and document findings for traceability.
- Quality Documentation: Record inspection results, test data, and report any anomalies found in the process.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on recurring issues, collaborate with engineers, and suggest process improvements to enhance product quality.
- Test Equipment Maintenance: Ensure testing equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning correctly.
- Final Packaging: Inspect and pack products according to company standards, preparing them for shipment.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Diploma in Electrical or Electromechanical Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience with quality control processes and proficiency in using basic assembly tools, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
- Strong ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Solid organizational skills, with the capacity to create and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively or work autonomously.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
