Napsteel is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our customer service team in our Surrey location.


Responsibilities

  • Processing and entering inventory data accurately using our ERP system
  • Maintaining records of goods ordered and received
  • Assisting on tracking incoming goods and responding to inquiries regarding incoming shipment's ETAs
  • Providing support documents for incident investigation and first aid
  • Reporting corrective actions to occupation health and safety manager
  • Providing administrative support to management and other staff
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Meticulous attention to detail is required
  • Organized, efficient and strong analytical skills
  • High level knowledge of Excel, Statistic gathering and formulating
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialized ERP system
  • Extremely well organized, able to work independently or as a team with a high level of initiative and flexibility and willing to take on new tasks as needed.
  • Self-motivated & able to problem solve within a fast paced, constantly growing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, approachable and a team player
