What You Will Be Doing:

• Safety First, Always: Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound, and healthy work practices in support of our Health and Safety programs.
• Customer-Centric Service: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing proactive, expert technical support.
• Repair with Precision: Perform timely repairs on Caterpillar diesel engines, OEM truck and coach vehicles, and other equipment.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Use state-of-the-art Caterpillar testing equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Accurate Reporting: Complete detailed service reports and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Exceed Expectations: Deliver exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds customer needs every time.

What You Bring:

• Education & Experience: You have a valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Customer & Safety Focus: You're dedicated to safety and delivering outstanding customer service, and you have strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Expertise in Diagnostics: Your excellent diagnostic skills (mechanical, electrical, and electronic) and keen attention to detail make you stand out.
• Self-motivation & Integrity: You take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate high integrity in everything you do.
• Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills are a must, and knowledge of Caterpillar systems is a bonus.
• Flexibility: You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours to meet business demands.
• Valid Drivers License: A valid Ontario Drivers License is required.
