Valard Construction LP is seeking qualified Distribution Journeyman Powerline Technician to join our Toronto Hydro Project Operations Team. We are looking for self-motivated, team player, dedicated individuals who are willing to work as part of a dynamic team that provides crucial support to Valard's projects.

Requirements

• Red Seal Distribution Lineman (Must have Red Seal Certificate).
• Minimum 3 years distribution experience.
• Live within daily driving distance of the GTA. Local to GTA preferred.
• Previous Toronto Hydro experience.
• Class 4 Rubber Glove experience.
• Confined Space Cert. UWPC would be an asset.
• Class DZ mandatory (preference to AZ). Must maintain throughout employment.
• Working at Heights Cert. Standard First Aid (CPR/AED) would be an asset.
• Positive Attitude and good work ethic.
• Must have clean criminal record.
• Must be double vaccinated for covid-19 as is client requirement on this project.
