As a Senior Associate, you will lead the drafting of planning memos, oversee client fieldwork, manage project budgets, and deliver high-quality audit and advisory services, including supporting crypto audits and internal control certifications. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Associate, you will:

- Draft planning memos and work plans for various types of engagements, including crypto audit support, internal audit, and internal control certification.

- Ensure that fieldwork is delivered with responsive, high-quality service across multiple client engagements.

- Manage client commitments and budgets across various projects.

- Perform quality reviews on engagement files and ensure client communication is top-notch.

- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and practical solutions for clients.

- Dedicate 10% of your time to self-selected projects, education, and research to foster continuous learning.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Superior personal time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

- A CPA or CIA designation.

- 3 years of related work experience in areas such as internal controls, internal audit, audit, or financial reporting.

- Public company experience is highly advantageous.
