Salary: $55,000 to $65,000

Content Bloom is a close-knit international company with headquarters based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia. We're an enterprise consulting agency that works with Fortune 500s companies using our expertise to implement Digital Experience Platforms, such as Adobe Experience Cloud, and best-of-breed composable platforms. We're looking for engaging people to join our amazing delivery team as developers and consultants.

Responsibilities - What you'll do once you get the job (after you celebrate):

  • Understand the scope of the project and the work being delivered
  • Track, document, and report on costs, revenue, profits, and margins
  • Create financial reports and project summaries
  • Manage a multitude of requests of varying priority
  • Manage documentation across multiple projects
  • Coordinate schedules, facilitate meetings, and take meeting notes
  • Occasionally perform functional product testing

Qualifications - What you need to get the job:

  • 4+ months of Relevant management experience (Co-op positions count!)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work virtually (with Slack and Zoom)
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Basic understanding of invoicing
  • Strong Excel abilities including visual charts and diagrams
  • Experience working with agile projects
  • Knowledge/experience with any of the following - WordPress, Power BI, Sharepoint, Jira, or Azure DevOps
  • Canadian Citizenship or authorization to work within Canada
  • Passion for what you do (This is not optional!)
