Arrowquip is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team! This is a full-time position with ample growth opportunities within the company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and identifying opportunities to achieve established sales and margin goals. The Role:

  • Work to develop new business opportunities and grow assigned pipeline to work toward established sales and margin goals.
  • Acquire new leads through cold calling customers, and warm leads from inbound inquiries.
  • Qualify leads to opportunities
  • Ensure leads are responded to promptly
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, lost leads, and any customer problems.
  • Building relationships with new and established customers
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers.
  • Report any consumer issues to the Client Care Team
  • Improve skills through continued personal development

Qualifications and Desired Skills:
