Position: QA Analyst
Location: 1-2x per month in office, Downtown Toronto
Structure: Contract
Duration: 6 months to start plus possible extensionRates: Up to $46.00 per hour INC.--We have a great new opportunity to support one of our banking clients in a contract capacity!

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
3-4 years of hands-on technical working experience as a QA Analyst performing manual testing and automation testing
1-2 years of experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
1-2 years of hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
Experience with performance and/or security testing is preferred.
Ability to adapt at working in both Agile and traditional Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
Nice to have knowledge on most of the following ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Hardware Asset Management; Configuration Management Database (CMDB); Software Asset Management (SAM) and Knowledge Management, Cloud Discovery and Optimization module and Vulnerability management.
ServiceNow end user or application development experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as ATF.
Certified System Administration (CSA) is nice to have--
