Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are productive and effective.
- Identify and remove impediments to the teams' progress.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior Scrum Masters and team members.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile practices, principles, and the Scrum framework.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
- Proven experience in facilitating Agile transformations within organizations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a valid Level II Secret Security Clearance or be eligible for one. Please do not submit your application if you are not eligible. To be eligible you must have lived in Canada for 10 years.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working in government or large-scale organizations is a plus.
- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Lean) is beneficial.
