With the new clinic addition in downtown Toronto, we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are looking for a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn and grow with Padra. This position requires no prior experience and will enable candidates to travel overseas, with all expenses covered, to receive comprehensive training and hone your hair transplant skills to become a master in your craft.

Position Summary
As a prospective Hair Transplant Technician, you'll embark on a comprehensive training journey totaling 1056 hours, meticulously crafted by Padra's master transplant surgeons in Qatar. Upon meeting the Company's criteria for successful completion of the overseas training program, you'll be eligible to assume the esteemed role of Hair Transplant Technician at Padra's Toronto facility.
Primary Responsibilities
- Harvesting and graft placement on patient.
- Cleaning and maintaining procedure room as a sterile environment.
- Ensuring procedure room is setup with the necessary equipment to perform hair transplant procedure.
- Ensuring graft counts are accurate and separating each graft from skin.
- Assisting with reviewing and maintaining of hair logs, patient charts and photos.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work a schedule that may include client sessions in the evenings and over the weekend.
- Complete on the job training programing successfully.
- Ability to provide high level, empathic customer service.
- Ability to make clients feel comfortable about themselves.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve independently.
- Meet tight deadlines in a timely manner and prioritize urgent requests.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
