Key Responsibilities:
  1. Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and execute strategies to double our strata maintenance revenue within two years.
  2. Industry Expertise:
    • Leverage your experience and connections within the strata and commercial property management sectors to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Aggressive Sales Targets:
    • Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  4. Relationship Building:
    • Build and nurture relationships with strata and commercial property managers to establish long-term partnerships.
  5. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably dealing with strata managers.
  • Established contacts with strata and commercial property managers.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
