Our client is an award-winning boutique law firm working with clients in some of the most exciting industries. They specialize in law across Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, Franchising Law and Litigation. They are located in downtown Toronto and looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to support their internal team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about client management.
- Managing the founding partner's schedule, phone, and email communication.
- Coordinating travel plans, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Filing and organizing documents, correspondence, and other records efficiently.
- Assisting in planning and executing firm events like seminars, workshops, and client gatherings.
- Supporting the marketing team by managing event invitations and RSVPs.
- Providing on-site assistance during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- A quick learner, comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and eager to pick up new software.
- A great communicator who can engage with people at all levels, both inside and outside the firm.
- Someone who thrives in a busy environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bonus: Experience in event planning or vendor coordination, but not required.
