You will be part of an organization that believes in promoting from within. Your manager will support you in building a resilient sales skillset, business acumen, and relationship-growing abilities you can leverage in this role and beyond. Whether you want to move into another area of Sales or pursue people leadership, as we grow, so will your opportunities.
What you will do:
- Generate leads. Working with a defined list of 200 accounts, you will leverage tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and Smart Apartment Data to uncover potential prospects. Armed with a well-defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), you will prospect relentlessly, identifying the right people to target and determining the best approach for each lead. Whether through cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, or calls, you'll ensure each prospect is engaged and qualified.
- Secure meetings. Your goal will be to set up six (6) or more client meetings monthly with the sales team. You will track all your activities in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and seamless communication with the broader team. You will refine your outreach approach to secure qualified meetings with key decision-makers, helping drive new business opportunities.
- Run effective campaigns. Working with a defined list of accounts, you will develop and execute personalized, multi-touch outreach campaigns. You will leverage tools such as templated emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and personalized sequences to engage prospects across multiple channels. You will ensure that each contact is enrolled in the appropriate campaign, adjusting your messaging to fit their needs while continuously optimizing your approach to increase engagement and conversion rates.
What you bring:
- The experience and drive. You take a consultative and entrepreneurial approach to prospecting, always focusing on the big picture. You thrive in an independent role, managing your time effectively and connecting with the right people to deepen your understanding of the business. You relentlessly pursue both hidden and obvious prospects, resourcefully uncovering opportunities. You can simplify complex ideas and present them persuasively to secure the next meeting.
- The technical skills. You have hands-on experience working with outbound sales intelligence tools like Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce. You are comfortable navigating these platforms to build prospect lists, track outreach, and manage sales pipelines efficiently. You pick up new technologies quickly, easily adapt to new tools and systems, and can leverage them to streamline your workflow. Whether generating reports, analyzing data, or optimizing campaigns, you know how to use technology to enhance your prospecting and sales efforts.
- The communication skills. You are adept at creating value propositions that address real-world challenges. You can confidently speak with clients at any level, quickly gaining their trust. Whether in formal or informal settings, you are comfortable delivering compelling presentations that resonate.
- The resilience and dedication. Cold calling doesn't intimidate you—in fact, you embrace it. You have a proven track record of making high-volume calls and are driven to hit your targets. You're resilient in the face of rejection, persevering with confidence and humility. You are excited to build a strong roster of SaaS accounts and have a genuine passion for your work, always striving to expand your impact.
- The collaborative approach. With strong emotional intelligence and a natural curiosity, you build meaningful relationships and work well with diverse teams. You're eager to jump in and help whenever needed, contributing wherever you can.
