What You'll Do:

  • Master of Accuracy: Maintain precise financial records by entering transactions and updating accounts in our accounting system.
  • Reconciliation Guru: Help reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies, ensuring that our financial reports are always spot-on.
  • Document Dynamo: Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial documents swiftly and accurately.
  • Customer Service Champion: Assist staff and vendors with inquiries regarding financial transactions and policies, ensuring everyone feels valued and informed.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, contributing to strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a financial or administrative role is a plus, but your enthusiasm matters most!
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry—your work will directly impact our financial success.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
