As a Junior Account Manager at Odyssey Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in our client relationships and business development efforts. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, understand their needs, close sales, and contribute to the growth and success of the company!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted sales advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are fully met and exceeded while identifying opportunities for sales growth and new client acquisition.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful product/service installation.
  • Record all customer information into company systems accurately following standards and guidelines.
  • Utilize market trends and data to provide clients with comprehensive insights and recommendations.
  • Create and present regular reports on new account status and progress to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or related fields.
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, customer service or related roles is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Personal vehicle and valid driver's license are required.
