You will partner with the U.S. corporate accounting manager in Memphis, Tennessee, ensuring consistency and best practices are applied. Travel between offices may be required. Our corporate offices are expected to work as a single service center with the ability to shift work between offices during peak periods or as part of employee development. We believe in continuous employee development and have a subject matter expert ("SME") approach for our corporate accounting teams. The result is a well-rounded professional experience that is promotable to other roles within finance.

You will have experience with SOX internal control processes and design. You will work with our internal audit department to assess our process flows and ensure they are appropriately designed, documented and implemented. You will also review and approve monthly account reconciliations, variance analysis, and the corporate budget, ensuring the accuracy of results. This includes partnering with managers of various corporate departments to explain budget-to-actual differences and assist with the corporate budget and forecast process. We are a cost-conscious company and welcome ideas to save time or money.

We are looking for a self-starter, creative problem solver, and strong communicator who thrives on new challenges and has an achievement-oriented mindset.
