ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Healthcare Project Manager for upcoming opportunities with ARC's clients.
ROLE: HEALTHCARE PROJECT MANAGER
The successful candidate must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:
QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
2. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience driving project management in a busy, multifaceted environment in a healthcare vertical (data analytics or information technology setting is an asset);
3. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation;
4. Experience delivering high risk, process oriented IT projects and vendor contract management are mandatory;
5. Experience in managing large scale IT software implementations;
6. Experience in organizational change management;
7. Understanding of IT security;
8. Experience in organizational change management communications;
9. Experience working in a healthcare and/or research environment an asset.
10. Demonstrated experience establishing and/or operating the following project control processes on multiple projects: schedule management, issue management, risk management, status reporting, change control, budget/effort management
11. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the client organization
12. Experience with projects spanning the full systems development life cycle
13. Excellent written and oral communication skills in a large organization
14. A successful track record
15. Minimum direct report team size of three (3) not including PM position

Degree destinations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science) and/or vendor technical certifications are desirable criteria for our selection.
