Compensation range: $23-$27 Hourly CAD

The Compensation Range includes the span between the minimum and maximum base salary. The midpoint of the range is approximately halfway between the minimum and the maximum base salary and can be considered for an employee with full job knowledge, required qualifications and experience for the position.

Organizational Status
We are currently looking forward to welcoming a Full Time- Digital Marketing Assistant. You will be part of our fantastic team and report directly to the Marketing Manager. You'll be part of a team of experienced and passionate people who believe in continuous development and work hard behind the scenes to help its students thrive in Canada.

Job responsibilities:

Support Paid Advertising Campaigns:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Conduct keyword research and draft ad copy under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Specialist.

Data Collection and Reporting:

  • Assist in creating regular performance reports, tracking KPIs, and measuring ROI.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Excel to compile data and generate insights.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders.

Event and Coordination:

  • Provide support in executing digital marketing strategies for events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Campaign Optimization Assistance:

  • Assist in testing and refining ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide support in campaign optimization.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to support cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates on tasks and progress to the Digital Marketing Specialist.

Administrative and Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Provide support to the Digital Marketing Specialist in the overall implementation of the digital marketing strategy.
  • Provide assistance with any additional marketing support by the Marketing Manager.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure all digital advertising efforts comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to incorporate new strategies and technologies.

Supervision ReceivedWorks independently and in collaboration with the Marketing Manager. The performance is evaluated for efficiency, effectiveness, achievement of objectives, and quality of work.
Supervision Given None, however, may provide general training/explain the work sequences to new team members.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, Hubspot and online analytics.
  • Understanding of advanced marketing principles.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work individually as well as a team player.
  • Good understanding of office management.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
  • Basic Web Development and Word Press
