Overview
This position functions in accordance with our Company's core by building effective customer relationships, applying proven sales techniques and product knowledge to maximize recreational vehicle (RV) sales. Sales goals are met by qualifying customer needs and applying the ArrKann Sales Process in moving the customer through the steps in the purchase of an RV.
Key Responsibilities
Sales- Set and achieve progressive sales goals (volume and gross margins) to get new and repeat clients in ways that generate the income needed for a healthy department and/or Company.
- Effectively follow successful sales processes that ensure the customer has an excellent buying experience, including the timely completion of all paperwork
- Set and monitor progress toward sales goals in accordance with Company process
- Manage/prioritize work to achieve progress toward yearly, monthly, weekly and daily sales goals against key performance indicators
- Actively seek, identify, and obtain new prospects in ways that lead to increased sales
Customer relationships- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty and Company reputation.
- Successfully maintain and enhance ongoing customer relationships per Company process through timely follow-up communications that lead to repeat business, including potential and existing customers
- Promote teamwork by proactively supporting and working with other employees, departments and/or locations to give the customer a seamless experience
Professional development- Continually improve personal selling capabilities in order to respond to customer needs in a more effective manner.
- Continually learn and apply sales skills, strategies and techniques
- Develop and maintain a high level of product, market and industry knowledge

Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Eligible for Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council (AMVIC) licensing
- Previous customer service or sales experience an asset
- Goal oriented and achievement driven
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Moderate computer knowledge and experience
