About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Growth Specialist to join our marketing team. This role focuses on driving user growth through social media platforms, collaborating with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs), and increasing brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Redbook/Xiaohongshu) and be capable of using these channels strategically to boost new user acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Snaplii's growth objectives to acquire new users and engage existing users.
- Manage social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Redbook), creating compelling and consistent content tailored to each platform.
- Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and traffic partners to promote Snaplii effectively, ensuring alignment with growth KPIs.
- Expand relationships with KOLs and influencer agencies to generate brand awareness and optimize user acquisition.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, preparing regular reports with actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, product, customer service) to ensure brand messaging consistency.
- Plan and coordinate events, both online and offline, to engage communities and generate user interest.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as required to support overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management.
- Preferred: Experience working in an MCN (Multi-Channel Network) company or closely with KOLs and influencers.
- Proven expertise in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Redbook to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to interpret performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Experience collaborating with influencers and KOLs to drive campaigns and brand promotions.
- Familiarity with event planning and execution, with the ability to manage events independently.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, able to create engaging content for various audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and within a team.
