Job Title: Project Manager

ICI Interior Projects ($2M-$10M) and New Build Projects (up to $15M)

Location: Toronto, ON

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) interior projects ranging from $2M to $10M, as well as new build projects up to $15M. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-profile construction projects in the Greater Toronto Area, working alongside a dedicated and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ICI interior projects ($2M-$10M) and new build projects (up to $15M) from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, report on performance, and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.
• Manage contracts, change orders, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of project management experience in ICI interior and new build construction.
• Proven ability to manage projects in the $2M-$15M range.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction software (Procore, MS Project) and project management tools.
• PMP certification or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an asset.
