You Will

  • Follow the Anthem sales process, support, and work in partnership with the Community Sales Manager, Sales Associates and Sales Operations team.
  • Be responsible for Deal Management and Administration.
  • Ensure all deals are compliant, complete, signed, approved and/or countered.
  • Ensure prospecting notes and purchaser information are up-to-date, clear, and aligned with Anthem's sales process.
  • Assist the Sales team with contract preparation and processing.
  • Maintain HubSpot.
  • Perform regular audits of Contracts and Sales Xpress
  • Communicate with Prospects, Purchasers and Realtors.
  • Maintain and ensure an impeccably clean Show homes and Presentation Centre.

You Have

  • A minimum of 2+ years of related experience.
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with competency in Excel, Word and Outlook and confidence in mastering new CRM systems, database management and electronic contract software
  • Experience in HubSpot and Sales Xpress (a major asset, but not required)
  • An understanding of residential real estate sales and processes (a major asset, but not required)
  • A university degree or equivalent experience (an asset but not required)

Please note, this position is working in Show homes 4 days per week (12pm-8pm hours) and 1 day per week in Office.
