About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is crucial for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities with merchants, building partnerships across various sectors, and driving revenue growth, with a particular emphasis on expanding our gift card business. The Account Executive will be instrumental in bolstering Snaplii's presence in the digital payment landscape of North America.
What You Will Do:
Grow Our Gift Card Ecosystem:
- Leverage your experience to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that enrich our gift card base and merchant network.
- Build upon your connections to connect brands with Snaplii for marketing fees, expanding our reach and value proposition for merchants.
- Develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies specifically focused on driving gift card acquisition and merchant engagement, leading to overall revenue growth.
Drive Strategic Growth:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets, while contributing to product development and marketing initiatives that align with our strategic growth plans.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential opportunities for expansion beyond the gift card sector.
- Negotiate and close deals, maintaining a strong focus on expanding Snaplii's offerings and footprint across various industries.
Who You Are:
- Proven track record of 8+ years in business development, sales, or a related field, with direct experience in gift card sector
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital payment industry, market trends, and the dynamics of various merchant categories.
- Willingness to travel as required for client and partner meetings.
