• To provide corporate and site specific relationship development for large complex customers with Master Service Agreements. These customers generally represent current sales greater than 1M.
• Maintain and enhance current customer relationships and develop additional opportunities through deeper/wider account penetration.
• Develop measurements to ensure compliance to Master Service Agreements while driving revenue growth and profitability above expected performance.
• Develop 'Documented Value Add' program and roll out across customer base.
• Negotiate Master Service Agreements that gains support and acceptance from all parties.
• Successfully implement all existing and new Master Service Agreements.
• Prepare accurate forecasting, analytics and business reviews to MSA customers.
• Provide leadership, forecasting and direction to all internal ATS Traffic stakeholders.

• Someone who is personable, positive and always willing to assist customers!
• Approximately 5 years of previous B2B sales experience is required.
• Proficient computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communication is required.
• Previous experience in the Traffic Control industry or related field is an asset.
