We are seeking a Project Manager - Mechanical Department dealing with HVAC and Plumbing Projects. The Company acts as a general contractor for electromechanical projects. The candidate must be an engineer with relevant technical knowledge and experience to manage the HVAC and Plumbing Department. Expertise should be in ICI projects. Task is to distribute, manage and control project management staff in addition to taking on certain key projects. Must be familiar project scheduling, planning, coordinating, implementation, of the projects as well as various tools of the construction lexicon such as RFQ/RFI's, Change Order/Change Directive to help realize the projects within the economic objectives of the company.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Degree in a Mechanical/HVAC discipline. Professional Engineering designation is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of local experience in managing ICI projects with multiple trades, and in the installation of HVAC, Hydronics and plumbing systems.
- Must have in-depth engineering knowledge and understanding of HVAC, Refrigeration and Hydronics systems, plumbing systems, various equipment, material, and methodologies. Working knowledge of HVAC control systems (BAS) is an asset.
- Ability to read, interpret and utilize manuals and schematics related to HVAC, plumbing and refrigeration systems.
- Be familiar with local codes and standards relevant to the projects.
- Be familiar with Agencies Having Jurisdiction (TSSA, ESA, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and a team player with multitasking ability and attention to details.
- Proficient with required computer skills and construction scheduling software including MS Projects, Primavera and Blubeam.
- Goal oriented to complete projects within a given time, scope and cost.
- Service-driven, professional, and with excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
