Business Development Manager - Health Recruiting Agency

Location: Mississauga, ON

Position Overview:

Onus Talent seeks an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our clientele within the healthcare recruiting industry. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to increase our market presence, identify new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with healthcare organizations and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on increasing client base and revenue for the health recruiting agency.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, client needs, and competitive dynamics within the healthcare sector.
  • Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients to present the agency's recruiting services and tailor solutions to meet their staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare organizations, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with agency goals and compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and marketing, to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to anticipate market developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding market trends, competitive landscape, and potential challenges

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the healthcare or recruitment industry
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and staffing needs of healthcare organizations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement effective business development plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, health administration, or a related field
