As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for the company, providing exceptional service to their clients. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure customers have a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for the company, providing exceptional service to their clients. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure customers have a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers to help them make informed decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases and service.
- Marketing Certificate combined with additional education or training in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in either the printing industry, corporate gifts supply, or in a light manufacturing environment where multiple products are on offer.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
