Job Title: Construction Project Manager Custom Homes

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with extensive experience in custom home projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of high-end residential builds, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of custom home construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of custom homes from inception to completion, including material procurement, subcontractor agreements, and daily site management.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and homeowners to ensure all project requirements are met and that the project aligns with the client's vision.
• Manage and supervise site supervisors and other site staff to ensure quality work and adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, update schedules, and ensure safety standards are enforced on-site.
• Attend project meetings with clients, architects, and subcontractors to provide updates and address any concerns or changes.
• Oversee all fiscal aspects of the project, including budgeting, cost management, and timely payments to subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage deficiency and punch lists to ensure final project completion meets high-quality standards.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in custom home construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and trades specific to custom homes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and design plans.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple custom projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, capable of managing client relationships and collaborating with architects, subcontractors, and team members.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
