Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage incoming project requests including Security, Networking, Infrastructure and Cloud solutions
- Coordinate project lifecycle; kick-off, implementation and sign-off
- Ensure all projects follow SysGen standards and procedures
- Facilitate meetings with clients
- Plan and schedule project goals, track project milestones, issues and deliverables
- Ensure proper change management process is being administered
- Prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved
- Manage project portfolio dashboard; collect metrics and other (KPI's) key performance indicators to develop weekly results
- Prepare weekly work plans to ensure maximum utilization and a balance workload for the project
- Plan and manage change requests as they relate to project scope, budget and schedule
- Identify and solve project issues effectively – communicate with client
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project including analyzing project data and producing progress reports
- Communicating plans, progress, risks, and issues with key stakeholders in a timely manner
- Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years Project Coordinator or Project Manager work experience
- Experience in Waterfall or AGILE project management methodologies
- Working toward PMP or CAPM Certification or have achieved PMP/CAPM certification
- Experience delivering projects to the SMB market
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects for different client stakeholders
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and decision-making within scope of responsibility
- Ability to articulate and communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and organize priorities based on timelines
