Job Summary
Cedric Millar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual (French/English) Project Manager to join our team in Mississauga. This individual will be responsible for managing projects for various Strategic Accounts, across various departments, ensuring the smooth execution of initiatives that contribute to our growth and operational excellence.
Reporting to the VP, Strategic Accounts, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders in both English and French, acting as the main point of contact for project communications. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with proven experience managing complex projects and strong bilingual communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between Cedric Millar and clients, ensuring that communication flows seamlessly in both French and English.
Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams (operations, IT, sales, and customer support) to ensure successful project implementation.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress and KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare project documentation, including schedules, reports, and post-project reviews in both French and English.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend process improvements to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Bachelor's degree (or related experience) in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in logistics, technology, or supply chain industries.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Planner).
- Familiarity with 4PL or supply chain management systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
