One of our food processing clients located in Stratford, ON is seeking a Millwright for their facility.

Pay - $44 an hour

Shift - Afternoon

Responsibilities:

• Must have experience in operating refrigeration equipment.

• Efficiently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues with refrigeration, hot water, production equipment, or other facilities and grounds as they arise.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively in a team environment with fellow maintenance personnel.

• Participate in and complete assigned projects.

• Adhere to preventative maintenance procedures.

• Accurately document all completed work, including parts and tools used, and note any additional work required for plant equipment.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or designated personnel.

• Maintain and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years of progressive experience as a Millwright.

• A valid Refrigeration "B" license .

• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills are required, with a working knowledge of PLCs and equipment automation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in industrial plant maintenance, including installation, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, rail assemblies, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and packaging machinery.
