• Direct and control traffic flow to ensure safety and efficiency on roadways.
• Set up and maintain traffic control devices, including signs, cones, and barriers.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and construction crews to manage traffic and minimize disruptions.
• Monitor and adjust traffic control measures as needed to respond to changing conditions.
• Maintain a high level of alertness to potential hazards and respond appropriately.

Requirements:

• Valid Flagging Certification.
• Previous experience in traffic control is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to safety.
