Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation Maintenance Technician to ensure the efficient operation of our automated systems. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automation equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on automation equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLCs, robotics, and other automated systems.
  • Inspect and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Support & Collaboration:

  • Work with the maintenance team to implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Provide technical support to production teams during shifts.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Follow all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5+ years in automation maintenance, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley preferred), understanding of fluid power and pneumatics.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic and repair skills.

Working Conditions

  • Willingness to work shifts and be on-call for emergencies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
