This role involves managing the entire sales process, driving revenue growth, and collaborating closely with the sales team, VP of Sales, marketing team, and the CEO.
Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibilities include:
- Proactively conducting outbound sourcing, establishing new partnerships, and constructing a resilient sales pipeline to drive sustained growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ability to present in Zoom and in person company PPT demos, make daily Cold Calls and pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Understanding clients' needs and objectives to provide effective solutions.
- Meeting customers and assist sales team in exceeding sales targets.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.
The ideal Business Development Executive will have:
- 2 to 6 years of B2B success.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle process to drive revenue
- Experience in leading presentations, demos and sales meetings.
- Experience in attending conferences, trade shows and networking to build relationships.
- Must be well organized with the ability to handle numerous inbound leads and follow up during the sales cycle.
- Experience in negotiating and closing deals with clients a plus.
- Must have GREAT Attitude and be a TEAM player to fit into the company culture.
- Proactive in sourcing new business and maintain existing business to manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel (20-25%).
- Knowledge of Sales Force a plus.
