What you will do:

• Develop and manage pre construction management process
• Assist the development team in due diligence and feasibility assessments
• Work with consultant team through the various stages of project planning and development of specifications
• Manage and lead the estimating and tendering process
• Develop project budget
• Deliver an organized scope, schedule, and preliminary budget to the management team at the onset of the project.
  
• Read and interpret drawings and construction documentation.
• Communicate with municipal officials regarding permitting requirements.
• Assist our team to ensure our projects meet our safety, quality, and budget standards.
  
• Manage communications and update project scopes.
  
• Manage setup and logistics of new construction projects

What you bring to the Team:

• 3+ years of Project Management Experience in construction.
• 5+ years of experience working on multi-family wood frame construction.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• A strong understanding of project schedules
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A team work mentality.
• A sense or urgency and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• The ability to read blueprints and an understanding of the BC Building Code.
