Our Toronto based location is now hiring a full time Brand Representative to work alongside our Promotional Advertising team. We are a full scale promotional advertising company who works alongside Fortune 500 clients across Canada. We have one main goal: to increase visibility and profitability for our clients. We do this by identifying, developing and executing live promotional campaigns which are uniquely tailored to each one of our clients.
Candidates with experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Promotions, Communications, Event Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Retail and Restaurant industry are encouraged to apply for the Brand Representative opening.
Responsibilities :
- Represent our clients' brands at promotional events
- Engage with customers and clients in a face to face, energetic, live environment.
- Demonstrate products or services, answer all questions, provide information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and in-store service knowledge to customers of brands and/or services being promoted
- Problem-solve and make professional judgment on whether customers qualify for the promotions being offered (full training will be provided)
Brand Representative Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, sales or retail related business setting is an asset. Internship experience and previous experience will as be considered as working experience.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to a variety of people
- Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule
- Positive attitude & eagerness to learn
- Planning and prioritization/time management skill
