We're currently recruiting for a team member who can work West Coast PST time zone hours. You can live and work from anywhere you want (as many of our team members do!), but this schedule most allows for success in the role with our global team. Leadership and Business Coaching is at the Center
To continue our pursuit of mission to accelerate growth for fitness businesses around the world, the NPE Client Success Team Manager plays a vital role in leading our coaches to help business owners/operators (and their teams) break out of their default trendline. A default trend that is keeping them from building the life they want... doing the thing they love most. The ability to effectively challenge a client's (or prospective clients) thinking, help them see the bigger problems they are facing and show them the clear and proven path forward to their goal is absolute requirement for this role.
NOTE: we believe in building cross-functional teams. While this role is Client Success Team Manager focused on managing the department, developing coaches this role will also have the opportunity for coaching high-level clients (group coaching call delivery, community group management, renewal, and ascension program sales).

What will I be doing?
- Oversee department metrics and ensure team alignment with company goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Client Success Team
- Lead and coach GROW & EXPAND-level clients.
- Manage and maintain client health, renewal, and ascension processes.
- Implement department-wide operational processes to ensure tracking and management of client success.
- Leading powerful group coaching calls to engage the clients
- Engaging a high level of communication and support with clients through email, SMS, and Slack (our community group)
- Leading and challenging clients to see the bigger problems they are facing and show them the clear and proven path forward to their goal
Things you've done in the past
- 3-5 years experience in the Fitness Industry
- 3-5 years of experience in leading a service or client success team.
- 2-5 years of experience leading clients to achieve business results (monthly revenue of 60k+)
- Effective at leading conversations (including the challenging ones!)
- Confident speaker/presenter
- Actively engaged in personal growth and development
- Delivering education and coaching personal and professional development
- Great with technology (Keap, Zoom, SMS, etc)
- Nice to have: 2 years of sales experience of professional high-ticket services
